The package cost mentioned does not include GST (5%) and TCS (up to 20%). These government-mandated taxes will be added to your final invoice, so please account for them while planning your budget. Visa approval, delay, or rejection is entirely at the discretion of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah, and Aimah Tours Pvt. Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any errors or decisions made by the Saudi authorities. All package prices are calculated at 1 SAR = ₹23 INR or up to ₹1 higher than the Google exchange rate, and any fluctuation in currency rates at the time of final payment will be borne by the pilgrim. Full payment, including any change in airfare or visa fee, must be completed at least 10 days before departure, failing which the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Infant means 1 month to 23 months of age, and child means 24 months to 7 years. Child fares are not applicable on low-cost or budget airlines; full adult fare will apply. Transportation covers Jeddah Airport to Makkah Hotel, Makkah Hotel to Madinah Hotel, and Madinah Hotel to Jeddah or Madinah Airport. Sharing bus service is available only for group Umrah packages, and those opting for private Umrah must choose private car transportation. If any pilgrim misses the group bus, they must arrange alternate transportation at their own cost. In case of using NAMCO (Ministry) buses, passports may be held until penalties are paid.

If your chosen hotel becomes unavailable due to unforeseen reasons, we will provide accommodation of equal or higher standard based on availability. Laundry service is handled by an external vendor, not by the hotel, and pilgrims must hand over their clothes directly to the laundry shop. WhatsApp calls do not work in Saudi Arabia; please activate roaming and use IMO or BOTIM for communication. The permit for Riyaz-ul-Jannah is not included in any package and can be applied for through the NUSUK app.

After your arrival at Jeddah Airport, our driver will receive you and hand you over to our Makkah hotel team. After your stay, you will be transferred to Madinah, where our staff will assist you until your return flight.
