How far in advance should I book my Umrah package?
It’s recommended to book your Umrah package at least 2–3 months in advance. This gives you time for visa processing and other preparations.
What additional charges apply to the package cost?
GST at 5% and TCS upto 20% will be added to the package price.
If my Visa Rejected, Are embassy and visa fees refundable?
No, embassy and visa fees are for applying for visa not for issuing visa, so the fees are non-refundable.
In that case, you have to submit your original passport and application to the Saudi Embassy for review as the processing time for an Umrah visa is typically 1 to 10 days, but it can vary depending on your country of residence. To avoid delays, it’s recommended to apply early to allow time to gather documents and make travel arrangements.
A charge of INR 2000/- (plus courier charges) applies if a passport is sent to the embassy.
How is hotel distance from holy sites determined?
The distance from Haram Sharif and Masjid an-Nabawi to the hotel may vary on different platforms, measured from the boundary (Not Kaba or Green Dome) of the holy sites.
Are there restrictions on meeting relatives and friends?
Pilgrims are not allowed to meet with relatives and friends inside hotel rooms or restaurant areas without obtaining the Aimah Tours Land Package.
Is Riyaz Ul Jannah's permit included?
The Nusuk app is used to book a permit to visit Riyazul Jannah, also known as the Garden of Paradise. The app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
