- No-Show Policy: A 30% charge will be applied if the passenger does not show up at the agreed pickup time.
- Waiting Time: Drivers will wait up to 45 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Delays beyond this may result in additional charges.
- Baggage Limitations: Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag. For additional luggage, prior arrangements must be made.
- Changes & Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 12 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
- Peak Season Surcharge: Aimah Tours reserves the right to adjust pricing during peak seasons (Ramadan, Hajj, etc.) without prior notice.
