1. *Booking Amounts are Non-Refundable:*
- Once the booking amount is received, it is promptly utilized for essential processes such as Visa Nusuk Portal payments and reserving airline seats.
2. *Packages are Thoroughly Non-Refundable:*
- No claims for refunds will be entertained during the time of cancellation, regardless of the circumstances.
3. *Changes in Travel Dates, Hotels, and Airlines:*
- The date of travel, hotels, and airlines may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds can be claimed for such changes.
4. *Immigration Clearance and COVID Guidelines:*
- No refunds can be claimed if an individual fails to acquire immigration clearance due to any government policy, rule, or COVID guidelines.
5. *Airlines Refund:*
- Refunds related to airlines are subject to the policies of the respective Airlines/IATA. We will facilitate the refund process based on their guidelines.
6. *Hotel Refund:*
- Refunds related to hotels are subject to the policies of the respective hotels. We will facilitate the refund process based on their guidelines.
7. *Visa Processing and Rejections:*
- We will not be held responsible for any rejection, delay, and/or mistake in the visa process from the embassy. Visa fees are non-refundable.
8. *Payment Methods:*
- We accept payments only through bank transfers, NEFT/RTGS, and online payment methods. We do not deal in hard cash.
