“Keep on doing Hajj and Umrah, because they eliminate poverty and sins just like a furnace eliminates the impurities of gold and silver. And an accepted Hajj has no reward less than Paradise!”

Package Contingency

• The package is subject to scheduled departures and availability. Early bookings are strongly recommended to secure seats.
• The itinerary can accommodate individual preferences, subject to the company's discretion.
• We provide detailed travel vouchers and bookings to ensure a seamless experience.
• Room, hotel, and transport upgrades are available at additional costs, subject to availability.
• Express Visa Service: Available for urgent situations at an extra charge. The standard processing time for Umrah visas is 3-5 working days.

Visa Requirements

• Completed original Umrah visa application form.
• For non-Muslim names, a certificate from a mosque or Islamic centre and an affidavit confirming the applicant’s faith.
• Two recent passport-size colour photos with a white background (full-face view, directly facing the camera).
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
• Confirmed and non-refundable airline tickets and hotel bookings. Departure from Saudi Arabia must occur within two weeks of entry.
• Proof of relationship for women and children travelling with a Mahram (e.g., marriage/birth certificate). Mahram must accompany them on the same flights.
• Valid Meningococcal ACYW-135 vaccination certificate (issued 10 days to 3 years before entry).

Additional Costs

• GST @ 5% and TCS @ 20% apply. Any new charges imposed by Saudi authorities are the responsibility of the pilgrims.
• No refunds are available for unused services.
• Porter services are unavailable at airports and hotels.
• Laundry Services: Offered weekly by external vendors, not the hotels.
• Relatives or friends in Saudi Arabia cannot join group ziyarat, shifting, meals or accommodations without incurring charges.
• The itinerary is tentative and subject to modification.

Mandatory Requirements

• Passport Expiry should be after Sunday, 01st, February, 2026

• Commitment to performing Umrah, Not take it as Picnic trip.

Important Reminder

• Relatives/friends of pilgrims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not permitted to eat or stay with the group and will be charged for any services or accommodations used.

Note: Pilgrims requesting changes to packages or itineraries before or during their stay will bear any additional costs.
