Yes. Most of our groups travel by direct flights such as Saudi Airlines, Air India or Indigo from Delhi to Jeddah and back. In rare cases of unavailability or lower budget of customers, a short transit option may be offered as per customer consent.

How many days are the Umrah group packages?

Our standard group packages range from 14 to 18 days, including stays in both holy cities, Ziyarahs, and travel days.

How many nights do we stay in Makkah and Madinah?

Generally 10–11 nights in Makkah and 4–6 nights in Madinah. Some premium packages include extra days in Madinah for additional ibadah.

What type of rooms are provided?

Based on the customer budget, we offer rooms on a sharing basis (Quint 5 beds / Quad 4 beds / Triple 3 beds / Twin 2 beds). Upgrades to private rooms are available on request at an additional cost.

Are the hotels close to Haram and Masjid-e-Nabawi?

Yes. Aimah Tours provides all types of budget to luxury umrah packages, from zero-distance or near-Haram hotels. We always mention the hotel names in advance for full transparency.

What meals are provided?

All our Group packages are Full Board – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner – with Indian cuisine. Meals are freshly prepared in our partner kitchens in Makkah and Madinah. In case of private of private packages customers can book package without meal too.

Is laundry service included?

Yes. In group packages laundry is usually provided twice during the trip for each pilgrim. Additional washes can be arranged for a nominal charge.

What is the payment process?

A small token amount 25% of total cost confirms your seat. The remaining balance should be paid at least 10 days before departure. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or card.

What if flight or hotel prices increase after booking?

Prices are fixed after confirmation, but if airlines or Saudi authorities revise their tariffs, the difference (if any) may be payable. We always inform pilgrims in advance and remain transparent.

What documents are needed for visa?

You’ll need: Original passport (minimum 6 months validity) Two passport-size photos (white background) PAN card copy Aadhaar card copy

What happens if my visa is delayed or rejected?

Yes, women above 45 years can travel without a mahram in group visas. Below 45 years require a mahram as per Saudi laws.
